Greeting from the wonderful city of San Antonio, Tx.  Luke Antony is the name Smoking Meat is the game... Been smoking meat a few months and just launched my catering company, been grilling since high school.  Working in corporate America these last 6 years and not getting the excitement that life should shower down so stepping owt on faith and taking over the Southwest BBQ scene one plate full at a time.  Married with a beautiful 7 month baby girl, two dawgs... been smoking on a Old Country Boys indirect smoker... Already looking to grab a Pitmaker Vault... my second pastime is photos so here is a pic from one of the first smokes in SA.
