Wish I could help! Haven't used a gun since I got my LEM stuffer. I had the Norco gun when I first started and did only caseless sticks.

i was at dicks and bought this weston jerky gun, it looks just like the lem jerky cannon. does anyone know if the snack stick nozzle will fit this weston. the one that came with this gun is 20mm or so, too big for snack sticks.thanks

I think mine is the same model. It's branded through Cabelas though. The snack stick nozzle I grabbed at Bass Pro wouldn't fit. The part of the nozzle where it fits against the tube of the gun was too big (larger circumference). Since it was plastic I just trimmed that end down with a pair of scissors (cut about 1/8 of an inch all the way around the nozzle flange). It worked fine.

what size casing are you using? most seem to use a 19mm or 21mm which a 1/2" tube works. I also use 16mm for some pals because they get more sticks per pound, their happy but as I tell them a pound is a pound all year long. but the point is I have a 3/8" tube that fits the 16mm casings. where is it too small? where it fits the barrel? or for the casing?

what you could do if it does not fit at the barrel connection is to find one you have that does fit and then slide your new one into it (they should marry up and seal) then if it does sacrifice this tube (and re order another replacement) no cut off the tube part at where it meets the funnel part and now start stuffing. if you have any questions on this method or need to see a scratch drawing of the above feel free to PM me.

thanks tom, i did not think of that. that might work. and where did you find a nozzle to fit 16mm?

DL,

it was one of four tubes that came with my # 22 Weston Meat Grinder. the funnel end of it is plastic but marry's to a stainless tube. the tube measures roughly 3/8". anyone that carrys Weston should have one or you could call them direct. see below,
