Hi all,

Another new guy joining SMF.  I'm from the Tampa/St. Pete area and so far only own the Weber One-Touch Silver 22.5" grill.  I've learned to regulate the temp to a steady 225-250 using a modified minion method but thinking about getting a true smoker so trying to get as much info before making the leap.

Been grilling a long time but really just now trying to get into smoking.  The site looks really great and has a lot of great info.  I know I'll learn a lot here and hope to contribute too.

Welcome to SMF glad you joined us. There's a lot of Florida members on the site. You'll find lots of good info and some great recipes here. Have fun and happy smoking

Welcome! You're from Seminole and I'm on the other side of the lake in Largo. This site has so many people we're like next door neighbors.

You'll learn a lot on this site!

Happy Smoking.
