hey guys am just getting into this smoking thing, its not a big thing here in oz, don't know why its fantastic, I have been working with a few guys from the States and Canada in Irian Jaya. these guys built a basic horizontal smoker which works a treat, I am amazed at how good everything tastes, like I said it blows me away how cool it is, am just about to start my own build will send pics when I start

Welcome to the site.  I've pulled into Freemantle a couple of times and have enjoyed traveling up to Perth.  Found a great place in Perth that had a fantastic sea food platter that was out of this world!
