Doing baby backs for my first rib smoke seasoned them last night and threw them in the fridge overnight. Got the gmg daniel boone running up right now to 225. Gonna be doing a 2-2-1 and 2-1.5-1.5 method on the two racks. Glaze today is gonna be a strawberry jalapeno on one and the other will be just a korean bbq sauce i recently picked up. So well see how this goes picks to follow!

Right after pulling them off the smoker honestly for my first rib smoke they were amazing! My wife liked the korean bbq ones better than the strawberry jalapeno ones but i liked the strawberry ones better! Room for improvement but overall a successful smoke!

Both were great tbh and no kidding i spent 4 months in korea gotta love korean bbq. The strawberry jalapeno jam glaze turned out way better than i thought it would. It was kinda a toss up and i wasnt sure how it would turn out!

And thanks guys there wasnt much left over to eat even my husky jumped on the counter when i wasnt looking and grabbed a piece for himself haha
