I only told them to do the outside....oh well I guess that is how it goes sometimes. So I guess I will coat the inside again in peanut oil and run up some temps to cure the new paint. Crazy!! I had planned on selling this guy but turning it into a propane unit made a lot of sense. But I am having it welded. Firebox to the cook chamber she goes. I already had the firebox welded together since OKJ(charbroil) thinks I need only 4 tiny bolts to hold it together. Morons!! Get this I suggested to them what I had done and the rep guy tells me. "Well you just voided your warranty and you now risk safety to yourself and others". I could tell this guy had never even lit a match in his life let alone ask him his expertise on metal fabrication. But hey, it should look really nice when done. I will post pictures of before and after. I am glad my brother had left it out in the weather because I am making it better. But I will cure with charcoal and wood.

PAINT THE INSIDE!....say what?! I never said that. I will season it good.
