I decided to do up a batch of sticks this weekend. 8lbs lean ground beef and 2lbs of ground pork butt Seasoning mixed up, cure mixed with a little bit of water. A shot of stuffing the casings. I attached a lazy susan under the pizza pan so I can use both my hands on the stuffer. It works great and just spins as they stuff! 10lbs stuffed and ready for the smoker!!! I didn't get any shots on the smoker, but here they are after 8 hours in the smoker. Cut up and ready for bagging. Thanks for looking!!!
