Tried my first grilled pizza yesterday. Amazing. I didnt have any plans today, so I made a pulled pork, beans, and slaw. Enjoy!
Ale, I just coated the dough with Olive oil, and threw it straight on the grill. I cant be sure what the temp was because I use charcoal. Two or 3 min on one side, and when it was golden, I flipped it and moved it off direct heat while I hit it with sauce and toppings, then gave it a couple minutes for the cheese to meltLooks delish from here.You throw them pizzas right on the grate with no stone? What temp you running on the grill?
