WEEKEND SMOKE

  1. MY WEEKEND smoke i did brisket , baby back ribs and pok steak, used my XL propane smoker , this is the third time useing it , so far i think it will work but it's alot different then my electric smoker .

    Smoked everthing at 235 degrees started the brisket first then after four hours put the ribs on and the pork steaks .
