I liked the idea of braiding the loin from the website. I used a whiskey, garlic and rosemary marinade and wove bacon into the braid. I made my own rub. The ribs were 2-2-1 baby backs I used Apple juice and homemade butter when they were wrapped. Sorry, no pics of the bacon bombs, but they were ground beef stuffed with shredded smoked Swiss and rub. That was skewered and wrapped in bacon. Borrowed a friends custom smoker for the event as I didn't think my masterbuilt was up to the task.
