Weekend is here. What's in the smoker?

    I'm sick of ribs. I've been cooking them every single weekend. I'm ribbed out.

    Lately, I've come obsessed with fatties. Never smoked one/never had one but I gotta put one in the smoker.

    Yesterday, I bought a Jimmy Dean pork roll; pepperoni; mushrooms; green pepper; bacon, sweet onions, provolone and sharp cheddar cheese.

    Me hopes it'll come out great.

    What will you guys be making this weekend?

    Nothing for me this weekend, I have to fly to Ohio and rescue my sister from the Yankees! (just joking you guys from up north) She's just ready to get out of the cold and is moving down here to stay with our Father and help out. I did smoke some jerky earlier this week (first time ever jerky for me) so that should tie me over til I get back. I'll be checking in so keep the Q-Views coming!

    Smokin BB ribs, cheese, nuts, trying out my new Maverick ET-732.  The smoker will do double duty, 1st smoke the mentioned items, then serve has hot holding for the BBRibs, Grilled HOT n Spicy Chicken Wings, & BBQ grilled Fries, while I finish the grilled asparagus & grilled garlic bread.  Should all hit the table hot n ready to eat.

    Did 5 x 500gm bits of kasseri cheese,its greek mix sheep & cow.Takes smoke really well.Stuck mowing lawns,painting ,weeding all the stuff I don't get. 2 months into autumn here.
