Hello all, Sorry to be posting this on a Monday. I couldn't type, my fingers were too sticky from eating ribs all weekend!!! Haha j/k. For this rack I used JJ's Carolina Q Dust. Good stuff!! Thanks JJ They passed the bend test and toothpick test in just a little under 4 hrs. I didn't foil and smoked at 230-240 the whole way through with a light mix of 75% Apple/25% hickory. I brushed a light coating of Wegman's smokey bourbon BBQ sauce for the last 30 minutes. Ribs turned out pretty good! Some plated shots Thanks for looking!
