    PORK COUNTRY STYLE RIBS SMOKED FOR 2 HOURS AT 275-300...GUAVA CHUNKS AND HICKORY PELLETS...GRILLED FOR 15 MINUTES...


    FINAL PRODUCT...SORRY FOR NO PICTURES OF IT IN THE KETTLE...

    BUT I DID GET THIS AS A LATE FATHERS DAY GIFT...


    SEASONED TODAY...WILL SMOKE SOME RIBS TOMORROW WHEN I RETURN FROM MY FISHING TRIP...

    I lived in Oceanside for almost 15 years, I love that city but it's changing a lot.
