We like food with a handle

  1. ...for tailgate food. So, I made lollipop chicken wings! "O". "H".

    Used a piece of Peach from a limb that was damaged in a storm last year I had stashed under a cedar tree, a full load of Royal Oak Lump, and 3 lbs of wings. Cooked em indirect at 350-400*F. (I should have used a disposable drip pan. I only have a stack of em a mile high. But I didn't)

    Served with Light Beer and several Sauces. ...in a disposable pan.

    Sounds like a lot of work Bama...but I bet they were good!

    I like the lollipop look. I'm going to have to try that next time I have chicken legs.
