Hey wassup everyone my name is Jon and I live in San Diego, CA. I've been a long time listener first time caller to this forum hahaha. Cooking outdoors is an absolute pleasure for me and a great way for me to destress. A couple days ago i bought an ECB(Brinkmann smoke and grill) on sale for $20. I'm brand new to smoking and kinda broke so i thought that would be a good place to start. One of the things i love to do most is modify stuff and see how i can make it better. so i've already started to do all the mods i've been reading that make this smoker a lot better. I'm currently awaiting parts to complete all the mods to my ECB so until they arrive i have sign up for the 5 day ecourse and have been reading up on the forums. I have experience grilling but absolutely none with smoking. The more i read the more i get excited for my first smoke! Thanks in advance for all your help and see you in the forums.
