Washington State new smoker here. My name is Chuck 64 yo. I sold my sail boat this past summer and looking for a new hobbie. I saw the Pitmaster show on the TLC and it looked like fun so here I am. I googled and found Jeff's site and took his e course and suggested the wife get an ECB for starting out. I made the mods that Jeff suggested and smoked a chicken two days ago and voila, it came out just great.

I have alot to learn and it looks like whole lotta fun.
