Hi, I"m new at smoking meats,haven't tryed it yet.Picked up a CharGriller cause I needed extra grill space for a get togeather on labor dayand it was on sell.But had wanted to get started anyway.Found this site through a link on WFF.I'm Phishisgroovin's Unkle. Told him about the link as I.ve been lurking a while. Just trying to find time, Not to bad at grilling though
