Hi everyone. Im 27 years old and I work as a technician in a bowling alley. Anyway I have just got my 1st smoker and am going to attempt to smoke my 1st lot of ribs for my family tomorrow. Looking forward to it but abit apprehensive at the same time If anyone has any tips that would make my life alot easier that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
