I found a smoker box about a 4"x8" on these but now i had a maze made and haven't got to try it yet all i have is chips GOT TO BUY SOME SAW DUST or PELLETTs lol chips don't burn right
Oh it is and was lol getting ready for smoking more today
From your picture it looks like you had really nice smoke.
What temp do you smoke cheese at? They look awesome!!!
it puts great smoke they have them at wal-mart just lite a couple of charcoal and add your chips dry first and then the soaked after dry starts to burn down
i try to keep the temp down below 90 i use two charcoal briquette's and that will go for about an hour or so and add another one when they start to go out i try to smoke about four hours you might have to pull and stick in freezer for about 15 min. or so
