Hey fellow BBQ fans!
The name is Jamie Griffin (RV KING) I have been a little inactive on here for a while but I would like to change that.
I make my living selling RVs in Lexington Ky. I got really hooked on the BBQ thing almost 10 years ago.
Took me a while to start gathering some nice equipment but once I did everything came together pretty quickly.
I have a Southern yankee 24ft cabin concession trailer as well as an assortment of smaller towable rigs.
I started out cooking for an RV club that I am a member of. For a few years I just charged what I need too to cover costs.
As my skill level increased I took on bigger and bigger jobs that became more and more profitable.
At this point I am comfortable taking on lunch jobs of 6-800 people. The tremendous capacity of the SY rotisserie has made this possible. I have learned a lot over the years and I still have a tremendous amount of enthusiasm for this "thing" of ours!
I learned a lot from this site a few years back and at this point I feel like I am capable of helping other guys who are starting out.
Especially in the cooking for large groups category! Check out my FB page at Up in smoke bbq Lexington. I also have a website at Upinsmokelex.com. Not trying to promote my stuff on here just wanted to share! Thanks! Happy smoking!!
