just got my first smoker cajun injector electric. at 52 just had some of the best brisket done by a friend  now i need to know how to do this type of cooking

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
