    I just wanted to give a good reference for the visiongrills folks. My fire bowl finally split into 3 pieces after a few years of use. A month after contacting them with pictures, the folks at vision replaced it at no cost to me. I am pleased at their response and have enjoyed my Vision Kamado Pro.
