My name is Neal and I am new to the whole smoker scene. Started building a tank smoker a couple months ago and just did a seasoning last weekend. Haven't smoked anything yet. I have a deep pit in the backyard that Ive done ham, beef, pork, and turkeys in but thought I'd try something new. Im from Visalia Ca so it definitely bbq season.
