Thanks Steve and Vince,

I was wondering if videos were possible, never really seen em on SFM.

Anyway, again, I apologize for the quality of these but I just wanted to see if I could do it. You know, this could be a nice teaching tool for some things, like trimming ribs, or just rolling a fatty, etc.

The chicken was pulled right after and was yummy along with "my" t-bone and 2 Lobsters for the wife and one of the twins. This was wish night(we all requested our fav dish and i cooked em all)

Wifey and I are married 15 years today, thats a lot of chopped wood boys!!!

Need some video posted from the Iowa Gathering !!!

Thanks Steve,

It is Lumpy, the reverse flow NEWBY I have been building. This one will not have wheels, fenders, and a pendle hook like the original mini's. Lumpy has a little less steel for thicknesses, but she likes to make BBQ just like the Twiggies!!!

The video's, of course are during a grilling test, which sizzle much louder than a nice slow butt smoke cause of the high temps!!
