Me being a math teacher I have a few of my own calculator temperature probes. I've been thinking about using one for checking temperature of my meat in my smoker and it would graph the temperature so I could see the temp over time but I'm worried it would melt and ruin.

It says the max temp the sensor can tolerate without damage is 150c. That's 302f. Do yall think they mean the temp prob or the whole thing with wires and all?

U

this will be in my MES30 gen 1.
