Venison sausage

    Hi,  new to forum, joined for help making a breakfast sausage...first question is, if using tender quick do I use it instead of salt or add salt in addition to...don't want the sausage to be too salty.

    No salt need. TQ is all u need. But u can add other spices like pepper red pepper or what ever. Post pics we love to see what ur doing

    Interesting.  Most breakfast sausage isn't cured is it?

    Here's a great breakfast recipe, for fresh sausage you are going to fry in a pan you do not need to add tender quick or cure.
