Hello folks,

I live in the central Sierras and for several years I've smoking on a small R2D2 looking Char Broil unit. Christmas I upgraded to a Brinkmann off-set vertical and found this sight looking for mods to improve performance.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cold and snow melting day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Good morning and welcome to the forum! I've only been smoking for about a year and don't have any experience with your Brinkman, but I'm sure others here do. You might want to use the search bar at the top of the page to look for Brinkman mods. You can find pretty much anything you need there. Good luck and Happy smokin', David.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
David
