Hello All,

Name is Erik and just bought a new GMG Pellet Smoker/Grill.  Lookin forward to a different kind of smoke in Colorado as what I have right now has been giving me the munchies and making me watch cartoons.

Anyway, so far I have smoked a Pork Tenderloin with a Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, Some Mojave Garlic Pepper Shrimp and some Crab/Cheese stuffed Jalapenos wrapped in Bacon.

The next night I did a Rubbed Santa Maria Tri Tip that came out perfect after the reverse sear.

This weekend I am planning on a Smoked Maple Duck and some Teriyaki Salmon Nuggets.  Might also mess around with some homemade bread recipes just for kicks.

Well I look forward to all the help, tips and tricks from everyone here.

Ask me anything, I am chock full of useless information.

Cheers,

-e
