Hi, I'm new to smoking meats but have been barbecuing for years. Just bought a chargriller wrangler with side firebox a couple of weeks ago and have used it a few times now thanks to the British summer!
So far I've smoked a beef joint and a whole chicken but grilled steaks with the addition of smoke, wow what a difference. If the weather continues to be this bad I may consider something like a Bradley smoker - I would appreciate any thoughts on this.
Cheers.

BTW.  In answer to your question, the great British weather has me about to build a smoker from a 1955 English Electric fridge.  Insulated and with a good door seal I will be able to smoke rain, snow or even the odd rare British sunny day.
