Hi, I'm new to smoking meats but have been barbecuing for years. Just bought a chargriller wrangler with side firebox a couple of weeks ago and have used it a few times now thanks to the British summer! So far I've smoked a beef joint and a whole chicken but grilled steaks with the addition of smoke, wow what a difference. If the weather continues to be this bad I may consider something like a Bradley smoker - I would appreciate any thoughts on this. Cheers.
