Back in 2001, I accidentally smoked some burgers on a hibachi type grill, that's when I gave up on charcoal and went to strictly propane grilling. Since then, I have yet to find a burger that was as juicy and awesome. Now that I built a UDS and am experimenting with it, I decided to try smoking burgers for dinner. This time on purpose...
So I cooked some bacon...
Formed some patties...
And set my temp...
And after 90 minutes...
I also did a reverse sear, both for the grill marks, and to melt my cheddar. They were awesome. Even my wife loved them.
