Been a while since I've Done a nice smoke ring. Here's the start of some nice Baby Backs. I'll get the finish later. I have to say these BB's were very moist. I brined in beef broth with habanero sauce overnight and gave them my wet rub and let them sit for about 3 hours before hitting the UDS with Hickory and a kiss of Mesquite wood that I soaked overnight. I'm really liking habanero lately in my brines.
