A couple from work is expecting.... and the baby shower is today... so yesterday I prepped the chow....
0-dark thirty getting started...

the spread... the one on the right Gramason injected and it was for Smokeys my Pet B-day get together last night...

Used the same ole... rubbed night before... cook at 220-225... at 140 until wrapped-sprayed with Wrchest., dark rum, and apple juice., at 165 wrapped in foil, at 195 wrapped in a towel and coolered for an hour, pulled, sprinkled SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce.....
 
Oh yeah, that looks good! Give me a minute to finish off my ham and I'll be right over to help with yours!
