smoked 4 briskets for lunch today cut em up for q sammies pulled these off about 45 min befor twister was reported on the ground everything turned out ok mainly just tree damage. lunch today for coworkers was oh wow.
 
Absolutley gorgeous QView! Thank goodness the funnel cloud didn't eat your lunch:) The weather accross the Nation has been unbelievable. We best not take anything for granted anymore, and the whole "It wont happen to me" thing needs to be re-thought! My prayers are with everyone who has been devastated as of late.

Meat looks great. Yeh i am sick of the jacked up weather. Latley here in my area of oklahoma got floods and sick of the dang rain

sorry no sliced pics spent the next day cleaning up debree and then eaten it went over great.one coworker lost part of his house . also smoked a gallon of hog apple beans wow
