Has anyone been to twin peaks and had their pulled pork nachos? I am looking to recreate those, this will be my first time to smoke any pork, but with everything I read on here about brisket helped me smoke a pretty amazing one so I'm not concerned about the meat. What I wanted to know is if anyone has made a bbq sauce similar to theirs? Thanks for any advice ahead of time and thanks for all the old threads that I have read in the past.
