    Hi, I am in Evanston, Illinois. I have been grilling chicken and turkey from a Webber grill for many years. I would like to continue to grill or smoke my poultry but need help to identify proper equipment to go commercial. I know that there is someone out there that may already know what works best so I don't have to reinvent the wheel. I am willing to learn and prepared to travel for it.
