Took a few pics of my first turkey smoke. Turned out really good and everyone enjoyed. It was already in a salt solution so i just injected it with some seasoning and tossed in some onion and celery. 8 hours and few beers later we all dug in.

Thanks everyone. I thought the bird turned out real good considering it was the first one i've tried. Thanks to Homebrew & BBQ for the tips last week with the Turkey, useful advice.

Looks like you did a great job! I'm going to smoke another small bird for christmas. I think 10 lbs tops. The 13.40 lb bird I did for thanksgiving was just way too damn big for an ecb. Looks like you could throw two 14 lb birds on and you'd still be able to crank up the heat! I'm super jealous!

Looks great! Was that skin nice and crispy?

The skin was pretty crispy. I thought the meat would be a little dry when i first took it out but once i cut in it was real moist.
