Just wanted to share my smokes from this past Sunday... I made my own Maple Honey Bourbon injection and then used it on top of the turkey as well... SOOO good and my guests raved over it! The squash and poppers were equally delish! I have an 18" WSM and the rest is history. This was my 4th smoke and I believe it was perfect. I also did a red pepper and some mozzarella. They were both amazing. See pics below. I used cherry wood this time. The poppers were regular peppers and jalapenos stuffed with honey goat cheese and cream cheese then topped with mango and turkey bacon. Some were done without the bacon for my vegetarian friend.
