So this site has been awesome in many ways and now learning and reading forums has been great. So I'm going to ask my 3rd, maybe 4th question for the week.
Has anyone ever smoked a turkey/chicken at temps around 180? If so, how long and how big of a bird?
I know chicken/turkey you want up to 165 but here's my issue. My Green Mountain only really gives me a smoke flavor at low temps (Still love my stick smoker and glad I kept it). Looking at doing a bird for Easter.
