I done a meat run this morning and found some turkey breast today.
I injected them with apple juice and seasoned them with spog.

Fired up running @ 300 degrees. And turkey is on the smoker.

I kind of feel guilty having this only 4 breasts on my offset. But storms are coming later on.

Doug, You are a man who loves to smoke!

4 breasts in that big Lang!

    Ya gotta love it!!

But I gotta say & have 7 wings in the freezer & I was thinking of firing up the Lang for them.

Of course mine is a bit smaller than yours!

So I guess we are a lot alike!

I just love smoking on my Lang...
I figure I pretty much use the same amount of wood rather it is full or empty.
I'm fortunate I cut my own wood and I have 1000 acres to cut on.
I usually try and keep a cord of wood on hand.

I agree you and me are a lot a like. I haved learned a lot watching your smokes. Thumbs Up
As far as your Lang being smaller sometimes I wish I had a smaller Lang.
    Enjoy your wings!!

    Updates in a little while.

Turkey breasts are done and resting in the cooler. They turned out pretty moist.

Not a good plated picture...I sliced them up and then vacuum sealed them for the weekend.

They did turn out pretty tender and moist.

    Thanks for the points Gary!

    Thanks b-one!

I took a pack of the thin slice turkey and the wife made gravy from scratch..."she's an excellent cook"
Had some hot turkey sandwiches...boy they was good.
