Turkey Breast question

  1. I currently have a 5lb turkey breast in brine to smoke tomorrow.  I have read Jeff Phillips article to insert the thermometer around three hours.

    I have a gas Master Forge vertical smoker...How long in total hours at 225 will it take to cook roughly?  Just trying to think when to put it in.
  2. About 20-25 min per pound. It is done when the breast is 165° IT.
