After smoking up a yummy pork loin I decided I needed to stock up on smoky meat for sammies. I smoke a ham every sunday that mainly goes to sammies but I wantedto throw some turkey in the mix. Took two breast halves and injected with a mixture of lawry's seasoning and EVOO. Rubbed same combo on the outside then in the MES at 225. pulled at 160 and 163. Foiled, rested then into my old school meat slicer(I need to update/upgrade) and walla! Turkey sammie fixins.
