I've been asked to smoke turkey breasts for 70 kids next month. I've done whole bone-in turkey breast before and I've got a solid cooking plan. My question is I have a 22.5" WSM and two 22.5" kettles. I'm trying to figure out if I can fit 6 whole bone-in turkey breasts in my WSM (3 on each shelf) or would that be overcrowding it and I should do 4 on the WSM and 1 on each kettle. Any suggestions?
