heres some pics of what i am going to do tonight i could not talk my friend into doing two smaller turkeys so im doing a 23 lbs turkey. ive done alot of 20 lbs turkeys for him but anyways heres the pics prior of going on the smoker.im gunna do a 3 lbs pork loin roast with this.starting the turkey now the pork loin will go on prob around noon. i will post pics of the finished product as soon as i get a chance.

starting off my rub starts with mustard, ovoo, dash of worsh sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumen, cayane, black pepper. rubbed over pork loin and turkey.
 
Now that looks like a good start and it's a big bird too. I'll have to check back tomorrow.
 
That turkey looks like it is sunbathing and just welcoming all the smoke with a big smile.
23lbs, man that is a big bird.
 
the rub i made is a little do dark when i looked it looks a little on the burnt side .it is dong fine but looks dark smels good i am going to put pork loin on in 3am smoke for 7 hrs at 180to 200 it is snow and rain going to be hard to keep temps. up so i have to go look at smoker to make everthing rite

just looked at turkey and pork loin turned around turkey to diff. angel looks vary good i hope my buddy randy thanks me for staying up all night doing this bird for him & family a few beers will do the trick will [post pics. when daughter gets out of bed to show me how i still do not know how to use photobutchet
