Turkey and pheasant smoke

  1. Today I am smoking two turkeys and two pheasants. Just fired up the smaller to warm up. We have a few degrees below zero again this morning.
    My smoker thermometer does not go that low
     
  2. And we are off....eight orTen hours from now we will have smokey goodness
     
  3. Time to bump the temp up to 250 and another four hours to go....
