Was just curious if anyone had smoked a Turducken? Thanksgiving is right around the corner.

Someone always comes up with one of those for Thanksgiving, I usually opt out on that for some ham and/or fried turkey.

that went on for awhile.........then i think he went to a 6 legged turducken

Hey, why not take a couple of steps farther....
The Romans used to do the same thing with a Cow, Sheep, Pig, Goose, and a Chicken. Small critter in the larger critter, all roasted over a spit for a couple of days.......I think I'd need a bigger smoker!

Have ordered Turduckens from Cajun Specialty Meats in the past and they are good, even though I am not a big fan of duck. Just curious if anyone had ever smoked one.
