I have bought from these guys before. They are excellent and worth the price if you just want to enjoy a Turducken without the hassle.

(I always thought "Chuckey" would have worked better as a name for it that "Turducken")

Is this the 6-legged Turkey that Madden used to have on Thanksgiving? Cross between a Turkey and a spider?

Someone always comes up with one of those for Thanksgiving, I usually opt out on that for some ham and/or fried turkey.

[IMG] Just noticed this on their site:

Who is going to be the first one here to order one? (Or better yet make their own?) I bet we could take one as a starting point and add our own unique touch to it and make it out of this world.[IMG]

Hey, why not take a couple of steps farther....
The Romans used to do the same thing with a Cow, Sheep, Pig, Goose, and a Chicken. Small critter in the larger critter, all roasted over a spit for a couple of days.......I think I'd need a bigger smoker!

  12. Have ordered Turduckens from Cajun Specialty Meats in the past and they are good, even though I am not a big fan of duck. Just curious if anyone had ever smoked one.
