Hello all, my name is Paul, and I'm not new to smoking/grilling... but I'm getting more and more into it as time goes by.  I currently use a Webber kettle and a UDS.  A while back I ordered a MAK 2 star as a gift for me and my bride for our 20th wedding anniversary... well that day has come and gone, but the good news is that the 2 star should be arriving today.  Only took it almost a month.  I've made some friends over this whole ordeal on the PS site, lol. 

All in all, I'm excited to try my hand at using a pellet pooper.
