HI All This is the tubed casing I picked up today. $20.00 for a hank picked up.
What do you guys/girls think?

PS When I do make sausage I only make 5/6 lbs, will have to store the rest?

TJC I got them from a company Called Globe Casing located in East Rutherford by Giants Stadium.
I have not used them, Waiting for when I have some time.

Do a Google search on storing natural casings. Lots of answers there. They will stink but salted in the fridge is how to store. Just rinse them off and they will be good to go.

Hi All I finally got around to using the tubed casings,what a pleasure.I'll never go to the other casings, went on the stuffer in no time.
