Trying to learn more

Good evening. Just joined the forum. I have been using a good one smoker for about a year now some of my results are better than others but mostly good and been fun in any event I live in Alberta Canada so have to be pretty dedicated to smoke year round but am trying

I have the heat on & it's 50 degrees outside
