After looking at Bigtrain74's stuffed pork loin with spinach and provelone cheese. I have to try it. It's in the smoker now. I didn't know though that you need to sheet the loin first and roll it up. Well I just made a slit in it and stuffed and tied it up. I'll have the q/view as soon as it's done.
